MA or Block ?

Hi, what type shield is better for Templar? Arb Battle Shield or Protective?
I m a hitter templar………

i guess if you are going in PVP battle i would recommend you Arb Battle have fun dude .

 

As i thoughtbtw why some hitters use Protective?

 

to get more defense, as i read your post, you're a Hitter, Protective is useless :3
but it's your decision what to use.

for Magic stats along with Mace, high chance of godstone proc and for some magic skills like Magic Smash, etc..

Battle and Protective Shields got the same defense stats, d difference is Battle gives Phys atk stats while Protective gives Magic

Yes, as others have said. If you're a Templar, it is recommended you use the Arbiter Battle Shield.
if you're a support cleric/chanter, then the Arbiter Protective Shield is better.

Generally both shields is the same in many aspects. You could see people using the Protective shield on their Templar because they could be sharing gears with their other characters.

but i can say battle shield is better for templar , protective shield wouldnt make much diffrence to ur magic skills, using mace is enough

 

Depends on you.. Some people using block on both mace/sword and shield and then crit/accu or crit/mr on their armor and gs.. Im currently using mr on my mace and shield to increase the mr of aether armor buff..
