Skills chains problem

My chain skills only hit with 2 skills the 3rd one isn't activated by the chain. The broken ones are the cleave chain & the seismic chain.

Skills now respond to their appropriate trigger rates, so they are not always active every time you hit the 2nd to the last part of the chain.

Ex. Righteous Cleave has a 10% chance of triggering if Great Cleave is used.

 

So essentially they are broken "by design", same with enchantment stones and manastones that fail when socketing.

It's one of these "fail features" that I really hate in this game. Failure by design FTW

I still don't understand why private servers don't get rid of these frustrating game design decisions from NCsoft..

 

actually i think its pretty good, some like some doesnt, but sometimes when you change retail features, you may change the balance of game, so for me its ok, the more retail features along with the high rate, the better gonna be the pvp
