It doesn't look like raksha, all raksha weapons are hideous (except maybe orb and tome), these are just TS series rehash with some added fluff. Besides the glow on raksha activates only in attack stance, this one is there even outside combat.

 

They don't look like ts or anything else. The dragon is raksha but idk why people are saying reskins. Meanwhile they just change hyperion's glow for the next version, add a red texture to "beritra" weapons and add some blue texture to ophidan for a new skin

 

Some of them may seem similar to ts, but you're right, they're different. The mace looks like the one enraged veille uses I hope that shield is dyable, looks pretty meh like that <.< I do like how the dragon starts swirling from the bottom of the staff, looks pretty sick :c

Sadly, it is impossible to deny that NCSoft likes to introduce re-skins of old items, however this not the case.

Almost every weapon in the video has an unique design which has never been seen previously in the game, apart of the Polearm and the Bow (The first one has a very similar base model to level 60 Abyss Polearms, while the bow shows some similarities with level 50 Balic Crafting Bows (WDK/DDK).
The animation effect reminds a bit of Raksha's; But giving a closer look to Raksha weapons, it is possible to notice that the dragons swirling around the blades are slightly different.

The overall effect is not bad, although the shield design is a bit poor.
Considering this is NCSoft, i can foresee a few color-variations of these items being introduced in future patches, most likely blue/green.

 

Good as private server that we are i suggest that the improvements made by the people of this server, what do I mean by that, that we are a private server, and we have very capable people on the server that can modify, create, or do some other detail to improve, quality, better weapons,this would be able?, being a private server we could afford to improve things enormously more and take them to a single plane, perhaps in a future we overcome the official ... it is only a suggestion.

 

i dont think we can overcome official atleast for now,i know some MMO priv servers which get the new expansions much earlier then their officials[not talkin bout aion],but i dont think thats possible,if it could happen we would indeed be better then retail,but for that we would need Korean Translators to translate the files for the patches etc,then we would possibly have the expansions earlier if are afordable,and thats just an assumption no hate u.u

No i have no idea thats why it was a suggestion. You could explain ? now i am intrested in how they work.
