Tome fusion

What's the best tome/Spellbook to fuse with an Arbiter Tome? I know it's with attack speed but idk the exact name....

 

Tatar's Flawless Tome or Padmarashka's Tome o:

 

The best fuse that you can have is a Sema/Padma Tome, however those weapons are quite rare. People pay or trade a lot of stuff just for it. There are some alternatives though like Tatar and Shabokan's Tome. You can farm Shabokan at Tiamat Stronghold instance, the first boss drops the tome.

Tartar tome/Padma-Sema tome/Shabokan tome/Ravagers tome/Yammenes tome aswell

 

Tatar's Flawless > Moltenus' > Padmarashka/Sematariux's > Shabokan's > Primal Spirit.

Yamennes is inferior simply because of the 5 manastone slots.

By the way if you're playing SM and have WoC L2 it might not be a bad choice to pick up a PvE tome such as Exalted Noble Katalium or Bastion Aggressor Firm.

 

Whats the additional stat for the PvE tome, Razor?.. Im using Woc2 with my SM.

Tatar's flawless tome is level 58, can u still fuse it with an arbiter's tome?

 

Yes. As long as the weapon on top is higher level than the weapon on the bottom.
