    Buy: Oriel/Pernon, Sanctum/Pandaemonium, Teminon Fortress/Primum Fortress (Ely/Asmo)
    Farm: Almost every mob (if not all) has a group of designs in its droplist, the output is pretty random (1 out of +50(?) )and it would take time if you are aiming for a specific design

    It's been like that since a few versions (3.0 I think?), just quest for them or buy them from the broker
