I lost my ABG chain set after server restart

please help me.. i use my savings for this item.

i had it for weeks... then i trade it for plate set ... then i logged out so i can make sure its not duplicated .. autumnsjoy try to assist but LURK was DC

so i decided to screenshot before i logged out..

Please Carl. make some actions for this. please gm help me for this ... i used all my money just to have this items

i log in and stay for an hour. and its still i have it. but the server restarted .. MY CHAIN set is gone Plate set was gone.. Nothing left on me except my accserories .. i wonder why where it be

... when we traded we checked if they were duped.. none of them were duped.. I told you it's not duped autumns even verified.. server restart I lost my set too..

 

Well please give me back my chain set.. i havent got any items from you. but still my acsesories and fenris still i have.. wings still i have it.. its the items i bought same day time and place where i bought my chain set

 

you arent the only one,i just realized that i also lost my 50 chain abyss set -.- hate when this happens,just bought it not even chance to take pics -.- just the stupid window that pops and says you are dc from server bla bla bla

 

I told you I don't have your chain set nor do I have my plate set I'm pissed off as it is

DUDE if its rolled back i still have my chain set.. but all the things i have traded was gone.. just that traded.. was gone.. my EVENTS items was still mine.. why is that ???

Hi spanky!

I think you should report this in a different section so that GM's will help you. The thing is you don't have pics of the before and after you had your chain set.
It will be difficult to recover it without actual proof.

man , you should have frapsed this ... this picture just proves you had at one moment some ABG plate items , it doesn`t give us any information about what happened AFTER you logged back in . The items dissapeared / you moved to another character via mail / trade window / account warehouse ... or you still have in your inventory ^^

Still , when you ask a GM mediation because you`re suspecting something , he should receive the items from both , then relog , then split the items to the owners back , this way it would be all clear and the GM would know for sure that the items "dissapeared" or not ...

afaik , duped items were possible only with legion warehouse , and the LW npc is gone... ask Aegis , he knows all about dupes cause he`s the biggest duper of all , LOL

 

i know its not dupe. its just being gone when server restart.

i dont know what to do now. i know they know how to check logs from me .
