Character and game problem

Hi evreyone i am trying to connect to the server and evreytime I log in it tells me that my region data is incorect so the game will shut down any help?

the second one is when I click on my cahracter I can only see my characters head any help please I want to log on the dam server and play

Downgrade your client.
Gamez supports 4.5.0.14 and retail is 4.5.0.20

first problem with the data is fixxed I am still seeing only the head someone help me before I break my fucking keyboard

 

The reason you can't see the body of chars is 'cause you're missing some files.
Make sure your client is fully installed & try to hit 'File Repair'.
