    You get it there:

    VIP gives you boosted rates. Such as increased Exp, AP per PVP kill (as well bigger lost) But the most important thing you get from it is the ability to trade untradeable items. such as PVP sets.

    From the gamezaion site.Just click the "Get premium or VIP membership." You can have it for 1,500 credits ( Good for 1month tho)

    If you are having problems with the personal/private store (default key Y), turn off your power shards (default key B), or relog, that should allow you to start your private store
