Need Help Admin.

Having trouble with my account. After i click ok to confirm the server selection, it doesnt show the character selection anymore. I tried to wait for awhile but nothing ever happens. I tried using other account and it works. Please Hardcore gamer here needs your help.

Its been almost 4 days since i last played Aion because the admin has not responded to any of my post or massage. I like the game but, what's it for if i can't play it. Even the admin wouldnt even reply to my massage just to tell me that their working on it with it.

Well not my lose, i was planing to donate a 100 dollars when i get my paycheck. but i think its not worthy to spend it to this server if they don't even deal with such problem like mine.

Umm i think your character is stucked post the name of your character here http://forum.gameznetwork.com/showthread.php?t=7834 it will be fixed by an admin for the next server restarts... btw my Bryne got stucked too.. so I have the same prob as you, so goodluck to both of us...

 

thats because you have a bugged toon take a look at your game cp and check your characters there and if there is something wrong that char needs to be deleted so that your account can be played again...

you can ask carl to delete the bugged char and ask him nicely if you can get your equips back

well you just need to PM carl and have a title like NEED YOUR HELP ASAP!! lol XD worked for my friend that has the same problem that you guys have and he deleted the ultra bugged char lol

 

what's a simple reply to Aeon or any admin that we are trying to fix it?? that simple. i waited for a long time but still no response.

It's been a week now since i last played the game because i can't use my character. I love this game and I worked hard or played hard for my Items. So please help me regain my character Please.

The Problem with my account is that after i click Ok to confirm the question for server selection for west seil. After that it never shows the character selection part. I tried to wait for awhile but nothing happens?

Some people had the same problem but they told me that the one that helped them tried to erase the bugged item and and restore it. My items are not so expensive but at least i put an effort to complete them.
