Vote Reward: "Character not found!"

Hy!

I've just started Aion on this server yesterday. I found this vote for reward page, but when Im trying to vote i get this message: "Charachter not found!"
Please help me cuz i need that reward! Thx

Yes! I created a new account and a new charachter too but I still get this message when Im trying to vote!
Btw. Are there anything that I must have to vote? For example: min lvl 30 char or something

I voted on crystalaion everytime, but still doesn't work.

 

I could not vote with my Crystal toon either. Garminster. Same toon on both servers.

Also, the kinah number is way off for reward. It should be 10000, not 1000000.
