    That's because you can only master two crafting skills on this server on one char :3 which are in your case already Alchemy & Cooking.

    If you want to master your other crafting skills, I suggest you to make more chars and level it there.

    U can eather lower it down or make another character, 2 skills you only can reach +499 (500). You can do quest also to lower the level down of one of the 2 skills that are over 499.

    What argenina is talking about is to relinquish your master profession so you can master other ones, to do this you have to complete the Expert/Master quests that the NPCs in Sanctum/Pandaemonium provide you

    For example if you don't want to have Master Cooking anymore, complete the quests, relinquish the master status of it and you'll be able to master Weaponsmithing, while dropping Cooking to Artisan, IIRC
