Char deleted?

    i Have an asmo char on lumiel ( AKAHell )

    when i login got error message ( wrong pass ) i tried to recover it by e-mail got error e-mail doesn't exist ?!!!!!!!

    another ques plz
    i was playing gamezaion like 4 years ago .... and i had 2 accounts on Lumiel server ( Retal and retaj ) elyos

    already get retal back but retaj no .. i didn't remember the e-mail ( and it may be closed ) and the account name

    retaj ranger and has a donation good stuff like Noble Operative's Wings
    i'm pretty sure that rataj never get online last 2 years
    my friends like ( megos and poka and Hazal )
    what should i do ?

    Inactive characters/accounts become deleted/Wiped after I believe 6 months. Maybe 8.

    ok but Retal is ok ? why ? both chars never get online last 2 years !! Retal Inactive for 2 years and i get it back !

    I don't know. Sometimes characters get deleted. Sometimes they don't. I still have my 4 year old account I havnet touched since 2011 but I lost my 2 year old account that I haven't touched since last year.

    7 actually, so close....
    Logging in the site resets the timer, if you've logged there it keeps the characters even if you haven't logged ingame
