Account Retrieval?

Hello friendly Gamez Staff!

I was a former GA player from several years ago (last login was just shy of 4 years ago) and I've decided to try giving the game another go. I was able to retrieve my forum details, but I cant seem to find a way to retrieve my website login details (which I would assume I'll need to login to the game as well). Is there any chance I could receive some assistance on the matter? I can provide any necessary account information that I can recall. I'll be waiting in the hopes that there wasnt a character/server wipe between then and now, but if so, I can live with that.

Also worth noting is that I just logged into the server with a newly created account and it appears a character with my former character's name already exists, so I'm wondering if the account still exists at this point (character's name is Slyph, as my signature suggests).

 

there is a database clean after more than six months of inactivity. its a high chance though that these characters you had got deleted and someone actually created by someone.
