Voting problem

Here is the thing, me and Miotoko can't vote because it's like it's voted from the same IP address, which is impossible because we live in different countries ( I live in Bulgaria and she lives in Belgium ) and when I vote (for example at 10pm) and then she tries to vote it says that she already voted and she can vote again after several minutes (the minutes are the same in both accounts) and the opposite - if she votes first, then I can't vote...We checked and our IP addresses are similar with exception for two 00s. She hasn't voted from my PC, nor logged in in the website, the only thing is that one time she played from my PC and that's all...sooo, our question is, what could have caused the problem?

This happened to me before and this is what I did to fix it. I can't guarantee that it will work for you but you can try. Log in to your own pc your own character and play it for maybe an hour or so, when the 12 hour cooldown is up on the voting site, log out your character and log in to the website. Try voting then. Usually this happens when you log in to a different PC and logging in at the website to vote. Note that this should be planned by both of you, don't let the other vote first. Only 1 of you should vote when the 12 hour cooldown expires. After this is done, the other one should do the same and hopefully will return your IPs to normal. Again this is not a guaranteed fix but I wish it would work.

Looks like your provider is sharing one IP for all customers (either VPN or proxy) and someone who uses your provider and plays on this server wants to vote too.

Solution: go to your provider's office and ask for external (real) IP address (might apply additional fees) or change provider.
