No free fly anymore?

i am up to no flying patch, but dude its baged :d in heiron guys can still fly lol at least when i was there today, they could: D

 

You can still fly in the city and out to a certain point, then it will drop you.
This is not a bug or anything. It was done because of majority and we also need something different. You can fly and kill in abyss, but for those who like to PVP on the ground may go rifting.

 

Hmm, I didn't fall? maybe it was because I flew up high? Odd.

Like in retail, flight to an outer point where there is no shield and you drop. But an enemy (if can pass the guards) can enter this shield and fly also. Thats retail like.

but let's say if we like to go to DP, we would have to take the flight teleporter and then walk to DP ent?

 

Yes, but in flight teleporter, you can just go to red cavern and go to hoarfrost straight into DP, no need to walk.

In retail aion, main cities (such as Verteron, Eltnen, Hieron, Altgard, Morheim, Beluslan) with aether nodes have a fly zone around them which extends a small perimeter around that fortress. However, the rest of the map is a no-fly zone (with the exception of small areas like storm circle, alukina's palace, Eracus Temple).

Basically, the only 'fly zones' in retail are the Abyss, and places with gatherable aether nodes.

However in gamez, free-fly is still mostly on, with the exception of hieron and beluslan being set to retail-mode (well supposed to be anyway, bugs will happen sometimes).

 

Thats for Asmos, our entrance is in hoarfrost. I believe Elyos is out of town, is the teleporter close to your entrance? Guards? (Not that guards work anyway)

:crying: so what is exactly the way to get to dp? i just went there by flight to heiron observatory and walked to DP ent at kishar observation post but got killed by asmos camping there.

 

i dont like ground pvp , boring

 

Hayz.. a lot of you QQ. go find a server with free fly then.

tbh i really love ground PVP.
