Is it ok to update NCsoft Launcher now?

i dont want any problem on my client,.. do i need to update my NCSoft Launcher...

NCsoft announce that there is a new patch on Sept. 08, 10

 

NO it will update you to 2.0 and i dont think you will be able to run gamez aion with 2.0 patch so i wouldnt recommend updating.

you can run gamez fine on 2.0 as long as you dont have a custom item pak

 

But you need a custom item pak to do any trading, remodeling golds, and dying undyables.

So again i wouldnt recommend it.

 

meh, if you update to 2.0 with a custom item pak, you can technically kill the opposite race from your capitol. i wouldn't recommend it because people will get angry, but its kinda funny =O

 

I recommend not to update you game version to 2.0 since the server version is 1.9. There are possibly exist some unknown issues and bugs (like the title doesnt work when server still has 1.5 and you aion version is 1.9, etc) ^^

Hi everyone.

Forgive me to bother you all.

I was to speedy to see if there was an upgdate, that get the NCsoft update my client, so it is now 1.9.0.3.

The result? i cannot trade the untradable item anymore, the only way to do it, is to replace the item.pak with the one of the 1.5.:crying::crying:

The only problem is that the new item like the Archon Primus Pilus Leather Belt, isn't present in that item pak, so i cannot trade it, because it will be displayed as an empity slot.

There is a way to reinstall the game, and stop it to the 1.9.0.1 version?
