Since socketing MR stones are useless, which stones should I use besides crit strke?

 

Well with decent gear, buffs and scrolls you don't need to socket crit at all just go full +5 attack. Thats how I am socketed and it works great, I have close to 700 crit when buffed and 664 att in each hand without any att buffs on.

 

Is it me or is retail ambush like this when dodged it wont teleport you to the back of the target?

Ooh, well, I wanna at least reach the soft cap with crit stones no buffs, from there ill go full on attack, thanks for the advice.

yup, if ambush is dodged it wont teleport you.

 

On retail, yes you do teleport to the back of the target but says evade. If evaded here, it doesn't stun or tp you behind them.

 

Ahh i see thats not very helpful if fighting a ranger if it misses i get killed by a painful DMG burst

 

Same here =P

I just use something else like Dash and Slash to get the focused evasion out of my way and use ambush right after.

Ambush -> Suprise Attack -> Weave -> Rune Carve -> Weave -> Sigil Strike -> Weave -> Binding Rune -> > Killer's Eye <<-> Throw Shuriken -> Weave -> Lv.55 backstab skill(the weakening blow's animation is too large and we have a stronger backstab now at 2.0 (Make sure their back is facing towards you) -> Weave -> Fang Strike -> Crashing Wind Strike(Bad damage compared to rest of your skills since he would be on the floor right now if you used killer's eye ) -> Pain Rune -> Weave -> Swift Edge -> Weave -> Soul Slash -> Weave -> Rune Slash

Blue = Dont weave, takes kinda too long . Because if you used a weave before and it will take time to weave again but halfway this line I forgot that 99% of the asasins cant live without atk speed scroll and flurry so take that as a 'optional' x.x

its also good to add some extra accuracy, because accuracy helps the attack go through block and parry. i think its good to have JUST a little more accuracy than usual sins do. plus try not to go past the hard cap for crit. seems like to me its half effective when u pass the crit hard cap. :sick:

How to weave ?

 

i cant see that weave. wht is that weave?

 

attacking with normal weapons, so your god stone can proc.

i think, don't take my word for it.

 

Its a technique whereby you let an auto attack go off between some/all skills/chains to increase damage output. Basically you interupt the auto attack animation with your next skill.
