Play Transfer error (i think)...

Heya,

I just wanted to make a player transfer from my lumiel character to siel... But since 1 hours it still writes u have an active transfer and the character isnt transfered yet. Is there a bug or is that normal and i just have to wait? (cus it says it takes like 5-10 mins)

Hello;

Transfer should take max 15 mins.
Which means your transfer failed.

What's the name of the character you're trying to transfer?
Your transfer will be reseted and you credits refunded.

Before you try again please follow these steps:
Leave your legion
Abandon your quests
Empty your special cube (you can put medals in warehouse)
Empty your broker
Empty your account warehouse
And please leave space in both your warehouse and inventory.
Transfer often fails when you're trying to take too many items.

Try to leave at least 1 cube empty and the same amount in your warehouse

The name of the character in lumiel was Tiamatez (Elyos) and the character is new (lvl 9) so no items in inventory.

If you are just trying to make your Siel account dual race, create the character in Lumiel and DO NOT log in with it, instead just close the client and proceed to send the server transfer request

 

Refund my credits please.

Ty for the tipp. Yeah but the transfer failed and i didnt get my credits back already. So can u please refund my 1500 credits ? That would solve my problem.

Im patient ^^ just waiting for 24h now but ty for refund.

 

Now that we have the name of the character we can ask for the reset It should be reseted within 24 hours.

Oh i just saw that my transfered character just now in Siel Server is (says the website). I think the transfer is now completed successfully, im gonna check ingame when i come home.
