Stuck in the hallway in the realm's menu

    Hey,
    Am new to this server and when i try to log in it says ' You are already logged in (7) '. The second time i try it accepts my account. And after i agree to the user agreement i get stuck in the hallway thing in the realm menu after i chooce my realm, my version when i checked the version.ini it said that i have the 4.5.0.14 v of the game (if that has to do with anything). Please help

    Hi! It seems that you are missing some files or did not apply the downgrade correctly. You have to repair your client via the NCSoft Launcher. After repairing, apply the downgrade, please refer to this guide Downgrade 4.5.0.14. Then I would suggest reinstalling your Gamez Launcher just to make sure. If it asks you to "update", let it. Good luck!
