    Usually alot of staff got a part in the application process... At least from my experience lol... Most of the time they'd come with opinions on why n why not... SO not sure why it would be much different here. As he stated he gives his opinion lol...

    To answer you go to the recruitment section of the forums and apply like everyone else.

    I'm going to give you a huge hint. Clear understandable english without grammatical errors and including knowledge of how to use the comma and period keys are a big plus in the application process. >.>

    This guy is taking this serious and we just lol at this lol.. If your a friend of exidoid nice for you, he seems a nice guy (i dont know him) , but it doesnt afect on aplications i think.. ^^
