i wait again over 24hrs... but still im stuck on transferring
GM/Am's if you read this Post please Close the tread as your reply of reading this post TY.

Hello Kingjin,
looks like your transfer failed, before you try to transfer your char again please check all those things.

1. Inventory & Char Warehouse, dont try to transfer your char with a full inventory or Warehouse.
2. Special Cube, remove all items in there. ( I know you cant remove all, 3 - 4 items can stay )
3. If you own a house/loft/palace, put it in the auction list.
4. Check the broker for items in the Sell list, and remove them.
5. Leave your legion, if you are in one.
6. When you send the transfer request, dont refresh every min the site, wait 15 min and than refresh it.
7. Abandon all side quests, and war quests.
Your failed transfer will be refunded shortly, until than please wait. If you have any other questions PM me or any other AM.

Sorry for making new or another thread but...
I'm still waiting... its over 1day and 12hrs now.. but still i cant transfer my Toons/Char.
and still i have my patience on waiting... idk what to do now and next.

 

Go outside & play. Watch a movie or idk.
In your previous threads the staff already said they will look into your transfer & refund the credits asap. You're not the only one atm where the transfer has failed.
All you can do now is wait, while they are trying to help you. Once your credits are refunded, pm any GM in-game, so they can look together with you to check or you've followed all the right steps. And then try to transfer again.

im sorry. and can you see... 24hrs is already over.
but still im waiting ryt? xD

Sorry to disappoint you, but I'm not playing on the server Lumiel at the moment, nor am I one of the staff members.

Here are all staff members listed with both their forum and IGN.
You can check whether they're online by typing .gmlist in-game. Ask them to help you transferring.
