    i waited for days, and time but i still didn't receive any refund from my lost credits that cost 1.500. Please do as what you've said that i'll receive my credits after 24 hours but 3 days have passed and yet i haven't receive any refund. I thought you have one word. Give me back my credits , its not my fault that I've lost my credit, it's your programs failure. So please fix it. And i am just wondering , why is it that some of here are fusing about my grammar ?? its not the issue here. My issue is just about the credits. Its not so difficult to understand if you just have wide understanding . and may i remind everyone that not all people in the world are smart like those people who bashes me with my grammar. You may have known many languages not like me who has a low English but i don't discriminate. that's all. thanks

    please fix your program. i'll still wait.

    Weird that you're saying you didn't receive your credits.. My transfers failed like 10 times in total and every single time my credits got refunded automatically with no problem. But sure.

    It's not about trolling, it's about trying to make something out of it. It's not the first time I've seen it. I mean if you're not lying and you did lose your credits then I'm sorry for you, but stop complaining so much since you have to understand that staff might think you're lying and they need to investigate it. Like I said I personally didn't lose my credits not even once after a failed transfer, that's why I'm rolling my eyes here c:

    It's like saying "I paid for credits and I never got them" and expecting staff to add your credits immediately with no further investigation. You know what I'm sayin'.

    Was your transfer reseted or is it still showing "You have an active player transfer"?

    As Kretia has explained to you, all you need to do is pm him about the specifics of your failed transfer instead of posting on this thread. As far as the thread goes, be patient. Your credits will not be given to you no matter how many threads you make, until your failed transfer has been found and rectified. Understand that you are not the only one which transferred and thus it will take time to sift through all of them and fix them all. Making new threads will not help you at all, all it really does is just annoy the people who you wish to get the attention of, like myself, for one. Not only did I warn you 3 days ago about your Triple Post (Double Posting, check your warnings.), but you also did it again yesterday, were it not for Guille, I would have infracted you already.

    In any case, as I have already mentioned, BE PATIENT. Nothing will come out of you spamming the forums, you're not the only one that needs their credits back, so just go outside and enjoy your day or something while you wait for your credits to be refunded so you may try your transfer again. I'm not going to indulge you by saying "Forwarded to Staff" or anything like that, because it is ALREADY BEING LOOKED AT, since like 2 and a half days ago, some hours after your first thread.

    Hope you understand why I posted. And try not to Double Post.

    I have a week trying transfer me to siel ... and i got fail fail and fail... yesterday i has tried and fail again, i 'll try with another character because none GM (many gm has reviewed my character) know what wrong there in my character , only i got fail and they "send report to refund" ...It's always the same...
