Can't connect to the server -.- (NEED HELP)

NOTE: I already update my client to 4.7

I cant connect to the server guys can someone help me...
when i try to login after i put the account detail in the login form and accept the terms after that it was black infinite loop backgroud over and over again -.-

and i have this kind of error in the launcher when i run it but i was able to run the game but stuck after i accept the terms

 

same here, im stuck right after accepting agreement page.

some people can go online right now without problem, is this problem occur only in certain region or certain ip

 

Your client was not updated correctly.

1) Delete your Bin32 folder and repair your files through the NCSoft launcher
2) Install GamezAion's launcher and run the program as administrator, make sure it downloads the custom files for our server.
3) check if there is a d3d8thk.dll file in your new Bin32 folder after the GamezAion launcher has finished updating your client.

What's your version in the version.ini file?

edit: just saw your screenshot on the first picture.

GamezAion launcher is unable to install the d3d8thk.dll file, make sure you close NCUpdate helper and any other Aion related programs or open clients. Disable UAC and try again. if it still doesn't work let me know and i'll upload the .dll file manually for you.

 

Disable UAC? what that ari? i have no idea sorry

 

First of all open your version.ini file in NCSoft/Aion and tell me what's written in there.
then check your Bin32 folder and tell me if there is a d3d8thk.dll file

 

Here is how to Disable UAC if the first one doesn't work for you try the second Don't get near the third since you're using windows 7
