Can't proceed to Character selection after 4.7 update

Hi guys so i just updated my gamezaion client to 4.7 and it so happens that i cant even proceed to character selection to play. i waited for almost 30 mins and still nothing happens and im stuck to the animation like the picture inserted below.

 

Disable any firewall/antivirus & run the GamezAion Launcher as admin so it can update some files needed in order to connect.
This is most probably a wrong dll file.

 

ugh! i tried that but it made an error. now i cant launch the gamezaion launcher anymore it says "you need to update your client using NCsoft launcher". I downloaded it before, I've ran the NCsoft stand alone then nothing happens anymore. T^T

 

Repair your client and re-install GamezAion's launcher

 

every time i launch the repair, well it "repairs" like this then it jumps to this .
i've deleted bin 32 and deleted the gamezaion launcher like what you said from the previous thread and it worked but not it didnt anymore. i also reintalled the gamezaion launcher but it proceeds to "you need to update your game client..." huhuhu

 

You need to repair the game files of Aion's Client through NCSoft's launcher, not the program itself from control panel.
Just open NCSoft's launcher and click on File Repair in the bottom left corner.

 

oh god. now i cant open NCsoft launcher anymore. it proceeds to Aion repair T^T

and now this is what is left of my aion folder
what should i do next? huhuh

 

Reinstall the NCsoft launcher. Go to NCsoft Launcher folder, it'll will usually be in "C:\Program Files (x86)\NCWest\NCLauncher" or "C:\Program Files\NCWest\NCLauncher"
Open the NCLauncher.ini and change the "InstallFilePath" to where you've put your AION client (which appears to be "I:Games\aion_old").
Run the NCLauncher using the Aion shortcut (should be on the desktop) and see if you can patch/update your client.

If the NCLauncher asks you to install the game again. There's another solution, but we'll just wait and see what happens first.

 

hey im sorry to reply this long. i have been studying for my exams. anyways, I uninstalled the NCsoft launcher as what you have said and when i try to reinstall it, it always takes me to
this one... ughhh T^T

 

That is what happens after you run the AionInstaller.exe WHILE having the NCsoft launcher/Aion installed.

Go to Computer, click on "Uninstall or change a program" and uninstall Aion
Make sure you rename the Aion folder so it won't be deleted upon uninstalling the NC launcher

Afterwards run the AionInstaller.exe, install it, before running the launcher paste the files from your old Aion folder to the new one and that should be it

That's only if you have problems with the NCsoft launcher, if not then run the Aion shorcut that is probably in your desktop or the Aion folder, if you don't have that shortcut, re-installing the NC launcher with the above steps will fix it

Move the content of your old Aion folder to the new one (if you even changed it) and it should work, don't complicate simple things xd
