i got some problems when updating

This error doesn't happen very often and is most likely caused by corrupt files downloaded by the launcher. I suppose you got this while installing the upgrades? Try to restart the launcher as the error message says, if it doesn't work delete your $patch$ folder.

 

so you mean i need to install the launcher and update it again sir from zero?

im done with the updating , but when i log in i got problems again sir . i got this login problems . . i use same account and right spellchecking
i can log in at gamezaion.com with this , but cant login on games . i do this 5x and its still same .. what happen?

Are you using any special characters in your password? If yes then go change your password so that it only uses numbers and letters and try again. The client doesn't allow special characters in passwords even though the website does.

 

no im not . . i use normal character and its right spellchecking . .

 

I think there's only three things that might cause the "wrong ID" problem. You're either using special characters instead of only numbers (0 to 9) and letters (A to Z) in your password, or you didn't use the GamezAion launcher to start your client but you used the NCsoft one, or of course you're writing your account info wrong. So you must be doing something wrong D:

I'll explain it simply again since I think you didn't even read my posts..
1) Check if you're using any special characters in your password (for example characters like #$^&, etc). If yes, change your password here.
2) Be sure you're starting the game from the Gamez launcher and not the NCSoft launcher.
3) Be sure you're typing your account info right. If your account name or password has CAPITAL LETTERS anywhere, be sure to include them.

 

finally i can login normally . . the problems was some file corrupt and i already fix it . . i can log in
