    is there any bug if i will buy some items in website ..
    because our client is not yet updated so as of now i cant log.in
    and i want to buy woc2 before it will vanished T_T

    You need to be online to get the item you purchased immediately.
    Otherwise you can purchase wocl2 now, then when your client is done updating log in and wait a little until a shugo express mail delivers your item. This may take a few minutes but should cause no issues.

    Theoretically yes, but i'd suggest you to not do that, too many possible issues may come up with it.
