    Find the button "Prt Scr/Sys Rq" on your Keyboard. Go to "Paint" and push CTRL + V. Save the image on computer. Upload this image to your imgur.com and share.

    Are you using Wifi?

    Try using Ethernet connection. WIFI is not a stable connection. It can cause problems.

    My only explaination for your problem is your internet is not good enough to connect and stay connected to the NCsoft servers.

    What you can do, is get a friend who has the the game already to upload the game on a share site and you download it as ZIP files.

    You need to check your UAC (User Account Control). You need to temporarily disable it to do some changes.

    You can check on this link:

    If that doesn't work (coz sometimes win7 is really annoying), you can use this link:
    Note: This will completely disable your UAC even if enabled on the control panel:

    Make sure you know what you are doing.
