Long time to Transfer

hello, i been trying to transfer my character from siel to lumiel since 1Hour+ and its still saying "You have an active player transfer!" not changed since more than 1h.
is that procedure is normal?! i have 2 more chars to transfer

 

this is a bug i think, i get the same, wait until the Admins can fix ur character or send a pm here on forum to any Admin...

Make sure to carry very few items with you when you attempt to transfer, otherwise you'll fail.

 

i have 2 full cubes, just clicked again, let's hope this time it will work i dont know what to do with all the items i have

 

50% of your cube and warehouse should be full, while you should empty your special cube and petbag completely.
If you have stored any items in housing cabinets, remove them as well.
