Important Failed Server Transfers

    Hello there,

    Whenever your transfer fails, post here using the following format:

    In-game Name:
    Starting Server:
    Destination Server:

    Server transfers are to be considered as unsuccessful whenever "You have an active transfer!" is displayed on your transfer panel for more than 25 minutes.
    This is mainly caused by over encumbered characters, as only a limited amount of items carried can be transfered.

    In order to prevent your Server Transfer to fail, make sure to match the following requirements:
    • Your personal cube must have at least 50-60% free space. We suggest to not store more than 45-50 items in your cube while transfering.
    • Your personal warehouse must have at least 50-60% free space. We suggest to not store more than 45-50 items in your warehouse while transfering.
    • Your account warehouse must be completely empty.
    • Your special cube should be kept empty. Transfer all the necessary items such as medals and tokens in your personal warehouse. Undeletable quest items may be kept, however, if you wish to remove them, contact any available SeniorAM / myself via forum or in-game message.
    • Your pet may have an item-storage feature, please make sure to carry no items in it.
    • Your personal house cabinets storing items must be empty, if you own any.
    • Your trade brooker must be empty.
    • Your mail box must be empty.
    • Your macros must be deleted. They may cause issues with transfers.
    • You may not transfer a player within a legion.
    • You must be offline when the transfer starts.
    • You must have at least one free character slot in the destination server.
    If all these requirements are met, yet you are still unable to transfer, do as follows:
    • Remove at least 5 more items from your personal cube.
    • Remove at least 5 more items from your personal warehouse.
    Repeat the process in case you happen to fail further.

    Please do not spam this thread as your transfers will be reset/refunded as soon as possible.

    I tried two times and nothing happened, I tried to move my templar and sorcerer after it and it succeeded. However, when I tried to move Eli again (it was still free ofc) it told me that there was a lot of queue and idk what else.. can I haz my beautiful sin on siel plis? I'm br. Thanks

    guys are the free transfers closed ?? beacause its askyng for credits ..... 2 days doesnt mean 48 hours ???

    My personal opinion is the free transfer it was disabled too erly because there was some problems with transfers , i think lumiel still needs more players and 1 or 2 days more of transfer would be perfect considering the problems that transfering sistem had

    Guys I'm already waiting like 40 minutes and still says I have an active transfer...and somehow I lost 750 credits too and the transfer failed. What should I do? I want my credits back please.

    i just try to transfer some toons cuz i cant really transfer my KINGJIN so i try new created toons for trasnfer
    and it cuz 1.5k cred. i just want to give back my tolls. cuz i am saving my tolls for my VIP. please refund my cred. ty
