What gives?

I've been told that lumiel server will no longer exist and that all of us have been given a chance to transfer our char from lumiel to siel, so I have been told, yet I've requested transfer for char to go to siel and nothing has been done, hmm... and I've already visited the Gamez Aion website and its states that its now a 50% reduction for transfer. Is there only going to one server or what? Cause business is bad when removing server let alone, for those who give donations to keep themself happy in the game, which I prefer a better VIP service than the recent one we have, yet dreaming is ok when its only teases the mind...sigh, just was wondering what gives here.

kidding aside, uh, lumiel will still exist but its server location has been transferred somewhere in europe.. players we're given 2 days to transfer freely lumiel to siel or siel to lumiel. sadly it was cut short and that's what ur seeing atm.. the 50% off is only from siel to lumiel..

wow i can feel the love i've received from asking a dumb question? Oh wait a minute i thought there wasn't such a thing as a dumb question only if one old man like myself is asking the younger generation a question that needed some logical understanding of issues with the game....sigh, my bad for asking hehe...

 

Don't worry, you didn't ask a dumb question. You were just given the wrong info which lead to you doing actions that lead to you asking a question. Nothing wrong with that. That is why the forums is here so you can ask those questions you may have and staff or the community will try to answer them to the best of their knowledge. Some members have their way of answering questions and it can be aggressive but that it is what it is.

The only dumb question is a question not asked.

Wanted to thank everybody in the forum, i hope that what i wrote was not to upset anyone if i did i apologize. I feel in love with Aion from being in Rapplez and Combat Arms this game is very mentally frustrating yet I love the challenge, i hope i spell that one right argh, yet I wanted to know if there is going to be a better VIP service than the one we have cause making more donations for something like VIP 3 and up would be great please let me know, once again thank you guys for all the help your great and admire the work you do.

VIP is mainly just used to give boosted stats to a player's account. It takes the account one step higher than Premium and allows you to Trade untradeable items for 1 month.
