Well, the best gear you could get without spending billions of kinah is the Tahabata Orb (since magic resist doesn't work that well) and full Anuhart Sorcerer, whether or not you want to go full Magic Boost for grouping or Full HP for soloing is up to you, most do full Magic Boost. You'll want an Anuhart Brigade General's Sash, Anuhart Sapphire Necklace, 2x Atmach's Earrings, 2x Elder's Tears and probably a Punishment Headband or Dragon Flame Headband. All of this gear comes from the dark poeta group instance located in heiron(elyos), beluslan(asmodian), or the core of the abyss(both) and they can also be bought on the broker.

Get your orb to +15 by using L70 Enchantment stones and Lesser Supplements (Eternal) and if you want to get your gear to +15 you'll need to use L70 Enchantment stones and Lesser Supplements (Fabled).

Not sure on a good keybind/rotation. Sleeping storm, Curse of roots, root, sleep, and illusion storm are your best friends in PvP.

Uhm either you can use money from voting to buy some parts [ i mean only some parts since sorc stuff is xpensive .]

Or You can do Dark Poeta with a good group to gather the set pieces yourself (wither go with ur guild or make sure the ppl will actually distribute the stuff , seen too many ppl not share at all) .

Or you can lvel a craft and make tonna money and buy em
