Can't Update!! PLEASE HELP!!

So I've downloaded everything until the update part. It updated to 11% or 12% it crash saying:
E02015
INL_INLEFP_RF_Z5_2_50
Levels\common\Mesh_Textures_042.pak
I checked the files Mesh_Textures_000-041 is there but 042 and some are missing and I did repair it many times and i also uninstall everything but it still crash the same way!!... IDK anymore... I can logged in and play but I can only see my head floating!! Can someone help??!!

turn your antivirus off.
look for Windows Firewall in windows 8.

Turn your antivirus back on when the download is over

 

You want me to uninstall and install everything again?? 0.o Cause i try turning it off and try updating it again and also repairing it, it still wouldn't work

What you have to do is. Turn your antivirus off, add Aion to the exceptions in your firewall.
Then restart NCSoft Launcher and let it update.

 

It still crash!!

 

Can you like?.. Upload the files up so i can just download it??

 

Use a VPN.. This seems to be the only way.
You can use FrozenWare for example

Your connection seems to be too unstable to download the update in the usual way

Delete the corrupted files / repair, do this as many times as needed

P.S: Can you give us a screenshot of your patch folder?

 

i have this problem too ... and there's nothing to solve it ... u just need to download it like that ,,,
i just have finished from it and finally make 10 backups

look dude i think you have a laptop and a bad connection.. so try to download it somewhere else like a pc for example and a good connection

 

Where does the Patch folder located??

uhmm.. iam having the same problem but i dont even have the NcLaucher.ini file.. i wasnt even able to patch 1%, just when i clicked Update the error comes out.

 

Hi there, the config files for the Nclauncher should be in this folder: NCWest and not in NCSoft where your Aion client is.


Close any 3rd party processes that may be interfering with the NCSOFT Launcher. In addition to this, disable or even temporarily remove any security software installed as we have seen these types of programs cause these errors as well. If you’re using a router or a wireless connection, bypass all other network devices and connect directly to your Modem with an Ethernet cable. If you can´t fix your problem, try to ask someone near you with a better connection to download the Client for you, or try it with a VPN.
