Can't Vote

It only means that you voted somewhere else, a cafe or a friend's pc which has a different IP and is now linked to your account. So every time someone votes, your account gets a cool down as well. Try this, log in to your character in-game and log in to your account on the website. Play for at least an hour while you are logged in on the website. Since there is a cooldown at the moment, make sure that when the cool down expires, you have to immediately vote so that your own connection's IP will stick to your own account.

I would suggest not voting in a cafe or a friends pc if they are voting as well since it will link up all your accounts and you all will share one voting cooldown.

It doesn't matter. Just try what I said. It's what I did to fix my voting issues before.

Try to clear your cache and your cookies; then try again. You can also use CCleaner to help you clean all of that.

I tried to tell you to follow my instructions and try it. But no, you still insist that you have your own connection. It's not about having your own connection, it's about the IP attached to your account.
