    Said above, no morph for it. Sure would be nice though!

    I'd recommend killing mobs in Tiamaranta's Eye for them, or in the Garrison in Tiamaranta (The center part of the map with all of the artifacts). They die relatively fast for the drops.

    No specific area. ALL of the mobs in Tiamaranta's Eye are considered Balaur, and drop the meats.

    Just go to the middle of Tiamaranta. The fortress thing. Ton of mobs inside and they all drop it. It's where I used to farm them. You might get killed in Tia eye due to PvP (That is if ppl still pvp there)
