problems

im in katalam and trying to buy abssy gear from the govener npc and others have 300k pts but wont let me buy theweps or gear any ideas.

 

You cannot buy Governor Gear from any NPC. That feature been disabled.

You can on the other hand buy other gear from a nearby NPC. I forgot which set goes to which race. But I think It is ambassador set for Asmos and Custodian set for Asmo. IT could be vice versa but sets like Arbiter, Proctor, Principal and Suzerain are not available for purchase. But Arbiter and Principal is available in the credit shop.

He might be new to the server and not aware of the disabled features.

 

You can buy gov's sets and weapons in credit/toll only sir ^^

i havent played in 2 yrs trying to get my gears back on things. cant get a good group to do any instances so i have tahabata 15 + gear and weps and everyone else is packing way better gear. and yes i didnt know i couldnt buy that gear

 

The best thing you need to do is, vote twice every day and get 1oo credit and save it for Gov's/arbiters items, join any boss hunt like IS (Infinity shard), you can get there mythic items that are better in the meantime
And it also gives 2ook AP (Abyss Point), save AP 7m up to 8m and you can Ambassador/Shepard set + weapon ( Asmo side), custodian set +weapon is for (Elyos side), better gears to use.

They are disabled atm. I recommend you those Blood Mark Stuffs for starting gears. You can acquired those by doing quest in Katalam/Danaria. One more way to get a good PVP gear is Costudian/Ambassador which you can purchase them using Ceranium Medals. You can farm those medals by doing Infinity Shard Instance event daily.
