Stuck at hallway after login

Hello,
I'm trying to login to game but all I get is that hallway animation going on and on after I click login, I updated client and items.pak, any more suggestions ?

 

Hi Sir...... First, are you using any PING REDUCERS??? Second, is your internet connection is stable??? Kindly answer this question for us to assess things out......

If ever you are doubtful, kindly close/exit your client and launch it again..... Enter your account information and wait for the client's response..... If ever that problem persist, kindly install TEAMVIEWER and message me your ID and PW...... If you'd let me fix that problem for the ease of both of us........

No, I am not using any kind of ping reducer and yes, my internet connection is stable. For the second part I am sorry but I can not let you have my login ID and password but if you got any ideas feel free to post them here and I'll check because I'm not really a tech newbie.

Yeah, I got problem with repair part, I can not run aion launcher, throws error E03001 even after I downloaded a new one, I was thinking about repairing the game but since launcher won't work (not yet anyway, I got to inspect that a problem a little bit) I decided to ask here for help because maybe it could be something other than problem with game files.

 

FYI, Am not asking your account info here;

I am referring on TEAMVIEWER's ID and PW if you will ever install it on your PC...... For me to remotely control your PC and find ways to fix the problem that you are encountering right now...... zzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzz I should have edited it (my earlier reply) for you to understand what I mean.... But, I'm sorry for that.....

You really need to repair you AION Client using the official NCSoft Launcher since you are experiencing errors.....

 

Ah, right, I forgot that tw uses that form of auth. I take it you rode anwer I gave to "Bard" as well so you know about my launcher problem, any suggestions on that ?

 

Yup.... But first I need to figure out how you have installed the OFFICIAL AION CLIENT on your PC........ Did you use the official AION INSTALLER and the NCSoft Launcher from NCSOFT????

 

I had a working Aion installed before, but I copied it several times already as a backup to external HDD and back to PC when I wanted to play Aion or after Windows reinstallation, it worked fine every time until now.
Update: I managed to fix NCLauncher and I'm repairing the game, next update comming after repair.

 

Great!!! After the repair, you have to install the Official GamezAion Launcher on your AION FOLDER......

Note: After you have downloaded the GamezAion Launcher, copy the whole "Gamez Aion Installer.exe" file inside your AION FOLDER.... Inside on that folder, run the "Gamez Aion Installer.exe" and select your AION FOLDER on the Install Location Settings..........

Problem solved, the game just needed a repair.

Though if you repaired your client, you'll have version 4.7.0.0 now, which means you have to downgrade.

I presume that's why I got all these weird question marks instead of item names and that crash on broker.
