no game server is available to the authorization server fix (6)

Hey im having troubles ive done every thing all the other peoples forums tell me to do but it doesnt work to make this easy i have pictures below. What it does is says no game server is available to the authorization server fix (6) then my game crashes please someone help.

Missing GamezAion client files, run the GamezAion launcher as administrator and let it update your client. If your client is fine (up-to-date+downgrade (if required)), it could be a firewall/antivirus blocking the internet access to Aion.bin and its components, try killing all unneeded background processes and services off your system.
