3 players online (lumiel)

Well I think that we already know those "facts", and writing them many times is quite pointless for me. I wrote down those things, because it's really getting annoying to see the same stuff every day. I mean, ofc it's a big deal that most of the staff members left, but some people just don't know the limits when to stop.

@LordCurlyFry Yes, I am new to the comunity, so what. I was saying that it's time to stop all those "dramas" or "facts" or whatever you want to call them. Just forget about it and move forward.... If gratitude and respect is what you want, well you earned it. Not from the C.E.O.s but from the players.

Lumiel never even was going to be half as populated as siel, even after the merge with Crystal Aion. It had a generous amount of players and it was cool but you also need to consider where most of the players are playing from and bruh, its not fun playing with 3 digit ping.
Maybe it would be less on the brink of death if retail didnt go f2p because @ THE REST OF THE GAMEZ FORUM REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED TO GAMEZ TERA?
I imagine new staff are trying to be recruited now but im not lying when i say this esp bc ive been here for 4 years, gamez is going downhill and really we're just trying to sustain the server until either some big update comes along and a miraculous, sudden influx of players come / servers close down (which i dont really want i like talking to my gamez friends tbh *_ *)

You don't know what 'good siel' was like tbh unless you played in 2010 - early 2012 and only decided to make a forum acc now (in that case ignore me)

 

Did you even read my introduction post? I played in June 2010.

No one cares about what has happened. Only people who care about the past are the ones who want the server to die. I don't care what has happened or what is going to happen. Right now, the servers are alive and they have room to be improved. Also note that my first post was towards his remark towards siel. I know the status of Lumiel but that does not mean you and the Chill Revolution people have to go around and prevent any chance of the server from getting new players.

If the faith of the servers are so imminent, why are you here?

I know about GamezMu, GamezTera, CrystalAion. I played them all.

 

the drama is...not that the whole Gm team left....is the shlt left behind the scene...u have no ideea how much shlt^^51 area stuffz. and Lumiel is 3 mans online just because they did the mistake to make free transfers from lumiel to siel^^ so instead to populate Lumiel they did Siel

You know what the servers should improve first? General attitude and responses towards their community, I'm seeing a bit more GM activity these days but its always been a problem tbh
These patches and updates and server growth don't mean shit if you dont talk to your players

Yeah i think it wouldve been smarter to elongate the free transfer period and also make it free**** only from siel -> lumiel, lumiel -> siel was just eeeek bc population differences are too big :s

News Flash: They won't be improved.

I don't mean to sound the way I'm most definitely going to sound right now, but truth is the only major improvements (that is, improvements that made the servers unique or stand out compared to anything else aion-related [yeah, that means implementing retail stuff and fixing bugs doesn't count] ) I've seen in my entire time around here where made by Ari or during Ari's time as head GM.

Prior to that, any sort of suggestion regarding server uniqueness or improvements was met with either complete silence or laughter/hatred from staff. It was always either "an event idea to improve population that requires work with other teams? we can't work with mod/MU team, they're disgusting! *Denied*" or "we can't do that because that requires coding and devving, which we most definitely have but it arrives like magic so let's assume we don't have any of it...but I assure you, we do!"...OR "we have to think about these things first, let's not just suggest something for the sake of suggesting it! the idea needs to be bulletproof before we can reject it by saying we'd have to code it!". Guess who was the one who usually made these interesting remarks back then! I'll give you a hint: she's orange named right now.

If anything, the struggle will be to only keep the servers afloat, but forget about any sort of improvement. If there wasn't any sort of improvement back when Gamez was actually populated and striving, there won't be any sort of improvement right now, especially without people like Ari, or without Ari in specific. Sorry to burst your bubble but you better start packing and saying your parting words with this place.
