I see the point of lack of service but I Kindof blame all the ones who resigned. There wouldn't be a lack of service and support if they all didn't just leave.

I mean. I understand why they resigned but to me it was more selfish and immature. It seems that all they cared about is one person instead of the server as a whole. If they truly wanted to make a difference, they would of stayed on staff. But these people are the also the ones complaining about lack of support and service.

I personally been helped by Puddles and she was professional and kind and stayed with me in the pm till my problem was solved.

But it is her and her two helpers and 2 servers with a total of about 500 players total.

 

And those two aint even active...owh yes they were for idk Omega- about 2 weeks then he poofs to somewhere, owh yes and SAM Zetsu who replied once last week was it? and nothing more to it...Also lumiel has a population of 4 people if we dont count the AFK's in sanctum/pandae not to mention a char there has been stuck on there since idk +1/2 months.
Dunno what you're on about saying the server had 500 people. Its a lot less than that

 

You don't need to post on the forums to be considered active. Reading the forums is good enough. I knew plenty of AMs in the past who didn't post on the forums but are active in the game one way or another. I know for a fact Carl is active. He just doesn't participate in forum discussions. I know for a fact puddles is active because not only did I see her reply a few times, she also helped me through a pm recently. And I am pretty sure she helps other people through pms as well.

Also, I'm pretty sure that these guys who volunteered their time are probably doing real life stuff at the same time.

Also consider that they are not on the same time zone and cannot be on 24/7.

Just leave them alone please.

 

Owh i hoped for that 24/7 thing. Ok, I'd leave omega aside, yet even when all ams were still here zetsu was still missing for more than 3 months. I'd give an example with Kretia, he's working, he's in collage and yet he had time to help the server both ingame and forums. I'd even say Jaded did more work than zetsu ever did, i've been playing on Lumiel for quite a long time and I've seen zetsu on his AM char 3/4 times in almost 2 years. He never made events nor helped people, simply showed off in sanct/pandae and nothing more.
* Gamemasters must be Available at least 4 times a week to assist and help players
if not well they should be able to go on atleast once a week (saturday or sunday). Lets face it no-one is that busy, unless they are on vacation somewhere, that would have been understandable.
I didnt mention anything about Puddles? So why mention her..well atleast she knows who to ban.

 

And that is when you make a report to the HGM. Or CEO. And if you don't want to because they don't listen to you, then don't bother. I mean. They get dozens of complaints. Do you think they want to read hate messages or constant complaints?

But just don't assume the same thing is happening now. He might be alot more active now compared to before and we just don't see it.

Can't you also see that maybe the staff is also not posting that much or talking that much because when they do, everyone is constantly attacking them? I mean really. Would you like it that whenever you post, you get 15 hate messages followed by your post even though you did nothing truly wrong just because you have a colored title or in some cases, used to have a colored title?

 

There is no point in staying as part of the staff when the CEOs dont give a single fuck about what you have to say. Carl should actually be very thankful for the work the staff did yet he doesnt even bother to listen..Its ok though we have the useless shitty puddles with us that disappears for months without a word ^_^

 

Well if they recieve the same kind of attitude and attacks that many players here are receiving from the community and exstaff. I can see why they probably don't listen.

I was here when you all resigned and wrote your resignation threads. I been watching the forums over 4 years. I know about Puddles and Ari. I know about the old staff. Just because I didn't post, doesn't mean I don't know anything. I been friends with some old staff. I know about the way the drama has always been with staff and the community alike.

 

And you're still talking like that you have no damn clue about the situation..

 

The way you talking to me is what I mean. Rude and arrogant.

I go off what I read, what I have experienced and I what I seen and what some of the old staff has told me and the way you guys act now. If staff acts the way you guys act now or in any similar way while you were staff, I personally would never trust you guys either.

Which is exactly why you don't know shit, the last person who posted the real explanation of this whole drama got perma banned both in-game and on the forums.

Just shut your mouth. We liked you better before you posted and I'm sure we'll like you better if you continue to do so from now on.

 

Refrain from attacking individuals, no matter who it is. It is a discussion about the server not about staff.

I don't know a shit about the problems between staffs and the other administrators, but im pretty sure about something, this game will not change if the " GM's " don't do it first. The game is in the way it is because something is going wrong.
