Newbie and questions

Hello
I never played Aion before and i started in this server because of high rates, because i play MMOs for the PvP. But... im kind of lost...I managed to equip my armor/jewels but cant equip the weapons. i can only use the begginers dagger but not the good ones.. obviously i ask for any kind of help...Any tips ? maybe i should play Aion offical first?

yes i have version 4.7 i need to downgrade etc
another thing... how many GB is your Aion folder?

 

The server is 4.5.0.31. You will need to downgrade.

Without the patch folder, my client is 27.6 gb

 

my Aion folder end up 73 GB.. wtf... where did i go wrong?...........

 

51.3 gb here and my game works fine

 

It's your Patch folder which might be around 30-40GB. Feel free to delete it as it's not needed and just takes space.

I saw that you are new to this game, so I will give you some basic tips, so that you can get used to the game and our servers.
First of all, as you already know, we have two servers. Siel and Lumiel. The difference between the servers are the population and the so called "Stigma system". I assume that you already know about it, so I won't explain it here, however if you are not familiar with it, I will explain it.

Yes please, tell me which exact are the differences in each server. I dont know what stigmas are, BUT i would like to play in the server which offer the most diversity in class build, so that for example not all assassins end up the same. So please tell me which servers offers more build diversity.

 

Stigma System (Lumiel) allows you to pick and choose your skills or Stigmas, outside of the general class skills which you learn.

The other server (Siel) has every skill unlocked per class.
Diversity in class builds it probably would be easier on Lumiel to achieve something 'different' so to speak. However, the variance of them may be negligible.

If looking for more choice in having an active hand in deciding what skills you end up with play Lumiel.
Siel, just really gives you access to everything at once; which can also offer a wide range of diversity in play style as well.

In the end, really it would be up to I guess trying both servers and see which one you prefer as for skills and play styles available.
