    RNG is Random Number Generator or Generation, basically means that everything is based on "luck" and everything procs "randomly". It's completely normal, you may find that once it might even proc twice in a row, other times not at all.

    He's right, don't laugh. By weaving you get one extra attack, which means that you get one extra chance for your godstone to proc.
