Cant login to game

    since the last update when ever I type my user name and password I get this error: ID or password does not match (2)

    but i can use same user name and password to log in website,

    any one has same experience ??? any suggestion ?

    Are you using the compressed items.pak? If so, try using the loose version.

    1.Download the launcher http://us.ncsoft.com/en/launcher/ncsoft-launcher.php Aion and then install it.
    2. There will be Aion file on the Desktop open it and let it do what it does. There will be a little window that's says its been updated but it didn't.
    3.On the little white updater, Click>Setting>Untick its saying launch game when update finishs.
    4.Close the game and the little white box.
    5.Open Aion on desktop again
    6.Click check files and let it check and update.
    7.Launch gamezaion Launcher
    8.It will tell you to press update let it update and press start
    9.Have Fun

    Works for me!

    dude..try open ur File aion browser , search icon launcher on it.. try to launch.. dun lauch in dekstop icon..

    is possible to play another privates with same files? happen to me....in the past even if i starting the game with gamez loader it login on another private...

    ive deleted and redownloaded gamez launcher and still not works...

    used item pak for loosen files, reinstalled launcher but i cant still open aion, sendlog fails me

    u sure have the gamez instaled in the aion folder? if u do...repair your client via ncosoft. as far i can guess your id/psw didnt work bcs u tryed to log on ncsoft not gamez:D

    no lel, it wont start and how can i log on nc and not on gamez at start when ncsoft appears on screen it fails and sendlog appears that all i cant even open aion

    restart pc then! u said in the 1st topic your ip/psw didnt work...so i guesed u tryed to log on ncsoft server. a pc restart should fix the crash!

    still not opening idk what is happening it was working correctly till i updated to 4.7

    Can you make a new folder in your aion folder named "aionlog".

    After you get the sendlog again, go to this folder and share the information inside the text file.
