Lost 500m Kinah in High rate Gamezaion Server

Please fix my problem, it has Screenshot proof that I've stored those 500m.

 

I think there is something dodgy going on with all these ppl saying they have lost kinah after putting it in warehouse... ive tested this for several days now and the kinah ive got in the warehouse is still there and has been for nearly 2weeks .

I think all this kinah going missing is ppl duping it in the first damn place.

i can just put 5bil in my storage, screen shot it, put it on a toon, and then screen my warhouse and char again say "OMG, LOST KINAHZ"

buenas ya e puesto varios post haber si me solucionan tambien mi problema yo ayer nomas perdi 200m aproximadamente puse a vender en el broken y hoy cuando voy a buscar en dinero no tengo ni dinero ni items pase semejante arrechera, %/$%$"·%·%/&)(=)/%·$·"·"·å@@6♦ ta.... y la semana pasada perdi un dia 180m y otro 30m esto lo guarde en el baul para poder ir a matar asmos y no me lo roben los muy p@@@@"!"·$$%&&$%··"%tos y cuando vuelvo al baul a buscar mi orito nada ni pito tenia ni una ostia partida en 2 me van a tener q pagar la cuenta en el hospita por q diossss semejante arrechera q me hacen pasar.... por favor revisen mi caso, e puesto hilos en varios canales por favor le agreadesco su ayuda gm. los 200m fueron como 5 items q puse a vender ayer, si revisan bien y buscan por mi personajes las cosas q hice se daran de cuenta q no miento y no me digan q no se puede q la base de datos es parecida a la de l2 asi q si pueden revisar mas facil buscando por personaje para comprobar lo q digo. muchas gracias GM espero q me resuelvan mi problema..

need help too may kinah in my inventory is always lost the 1st time my kinah is about 700m before i log out then next day I've log in and the kinah in my inventory is just 23m so i thought someone have known my password so i change then i think maybe it will fixed. So i go the broker to collect my kinah for the sold item it was 300m so i have 300m in my inventory and i'am confident that it will not be lost again so i log out living the kinah in my inventory and the next day I've log on again i look to my inventory and my 300m was lost so all in all 1b kinah was lost need help how should i retreive it back please.
