error E02015

for some unknown reasons i accidentally deleted my Aion folder and now i need to re-install the game but when i try to download the game by clicking the "UPDATE" button of the NCsoftlauncher this always happens

i disabled my antivirus and followed the steps here https://support.aiononline.com/hc/en-us/articles/200276956-MSCONFIG but still nothing happens. same results as the above

 

try deleting Aion(proper uninstall) from your computer all together (including the launcher) then try again

 

Delete your $PATCH$ folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSoft\Aion and try again.

 

i accidentally deleted the aion folder and i cant find that $Patch$

 

Since you deleted the Aion folder, you have to redownload the game. Just start NCSoft Launcher like normal.

If you get the same error. Try running the computer on safemode with networking and delete the patch folder and try again.

 

The only solution that i had was installing a new windows (64 bits), this is your last alternative.

If it's still not working, delete every single folder you have regarding AION, restart your computer and re-install it (a whole new full version) in a different drive.
