    Upon entering the game, the images of the characters don't appear fully. Could anyone give some suggestions? Thanks in advance.

    Delete your data and texture folder and repair your client using the nclaucher.

    When I run the aion launcher it keeps saying error eo2015

    Well obviously your connection to the ncsoft servers are not stable. Try using a VPN to connect. Or run your computer on safe mode with networking.
