NCSoft Game launcher error

hey i've been patient with the game launcher for weeks now because of the consistent errors such as E02015, E02016, E02017... and so on and people have suggested that i delete my $Patch$ folder which i did but still nothing happens i still get this crappy error and im a bit out of my wits now and tried everything from disabling my antivirus and such... guess i wont be playing aion for a while

so this is the error that keeps bugging me around for trying to install and update aion -.-

 

will somebody help me with this one? anybody? -.-

 

re-install your ncsoft launcher...

 

As everyone said:
- Delete the $PATCH$ folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSoft\Aion
- Check if your firewall / anti-virus isnt blocking or locking the files ---> Disable your anti-virus for the time being, so it can download without trouble.
- Make sure that your game is closed

ok thank you! i will be updating you later because i'll be re-installing the game

 

i tried what everything what you suggested me to do and infact i even reinstalled the game. Still doesnt work. im getting flustered now and vacation is almost up for me T^T

 

Kindly make sure that your internet connection is stable. Or either, you can use VPN to stabilize your connection to NCSoft update servers.

 

-.- i do have a stable internet connection everytime i do the upgrade but still no improvement up to this date hour

 

I will ask the other staff members, cuz I never had this o.o

 

thank you very much! i uninstalled completely and deleted the Aion as well as th NCsoft launcher and im trying to install the game for the nth time -.- huhuhu
