    That would be the Elite Arbiter gears, However its only giving you a 2% pvp defence boost and about 8% silence / para resist (RNG COUGH) over Arbiter gears.

    Word of advice. Fuck the armor set - manastone the starter gear and get the rest of the stuff. Once you learn to play without one you deserve one. ESPECIALLY Elite Arbiter with CC resistances.

    It is, as a matter of fact. There is but one downside and that is you have to pick up orb as your weapon of preference due to the insane mana costs you must expend to cope with the other classes. Though, the utility you can have all at once skyrockets the class' skillcap compared to regular stigma servers. Which makes me wonder what will happen when the stigmas get radically changed in 4.8..

    I believe it should stay relatively balanced since they remove / combine some similar skills before adding in the new ones it might even bring about a more Lumiel -ish experience. That or it will totally fk everyone since some classes only get skills added/ increased. Like bard...lol i mean have u read what they about to give this class >_>
