Mega Kinah Vending Tickets

CAN any staff help me on how to USE this TICKET ;D i cant open them and I dont know how to use this properly . .. .

I BUY ALL OF THEM and i cant CANT open 1 of them . SAD FOR ME ;D

 

Mmm probably because, I said nothing about opening them at all.

This event was inspired by one retail did, however the retail event has a bunch of other NPC's, Quests, and Mechanics that are not functioning here.
So, to give us this event things, I had to go a different route and do somewhat like a regular lottery. Only using stack counts as determiners.

 

hey .. on retail you had to open the tickets
1. prize = 300 Miilion Kinah
2. prize = 100 Million Kinah
3. prize = 5 Million Kinah
4. pirze = 1,5 Million Kinah
5. Prize = 10k Kinah

when u opened one ticket u saw which pirze u won .. on weekend we got a shugo npc (Lottorunerk, german dont know if its the same on NA) with quest where we could exchange the tickets for the prize we won from it.

so i bought 3 before .. and i've thrown them away

 

Yes, that was Retail.

Like I said, the NPCS and Quest mechanics are missing and not functional. I was going to use them though they didn't work so! I couldn't use them to do this.
It would have been easier to just put all the npcs around and then say have fun.

The part that I'm not entirely clear about is how the claiming works. The wording suggest that all claims are checked via inventory check, which sounds too tedious for the limited number of AMs able to do it and impractical. It also sound like if you make a claim but don't have the appropriate numbers you get your tickets taken. That's just how it sounds when I read it, maybe I'm interpreting it incorrectly. It also doesn't state just how the numbers are announced. In the Lottery you learn it when it is announced on television,the radio or some similar form of media. However, this seems like it wouldn't work as nothing is stopping anyone from reading the numbers and adjusting the tickets accordingly.

 

We can make all the combinations we want right? but that will ocuppy all our inventory :0
