elow AM's and staffs....since not all of us here knew how to troubleshoot the main problems regarding the itempak can you just make a video on how to fix things up?it would be a lot more easier to understand....plus the new itempak and loose files if necessary...just a suggestion sir/maam....^^ hope i will not be bashed for this i just want to help solve the problem....

 

Aion/Data/USA/Items > Delete item.pak, extract new item.pak. Simple as that.

 

since all of you are PRO's here and were just begginers i hope you help make it easy...your comments suits how unwilling you are...thankyou and please if you dont have something good to say please shut your face

 

There's not much else to say. If you can't manage to click Install & Update on a launcher to get the latest version of Aion and the replace 1 file in a folder, no one can help you lol.

 

if your reading the comments regarding itempak malfunction maybe youll see the problems..any congratulations for correctly installing it...

 

How to install
First you must have winRar.
If not, you can download winRar from this website.
Go to your Aion folder and navigate to your Aion\Data\usa\items folder.
Delete the old items.pak.
Extract the file you downloaded inside your Aion\data\usa\items folder.

Run and play the game.

Seriously though, this vid has been on the forums since I added it to Deathangels Item.pak thread, so if you really needed it, all you had to do was look.

As you can see from the vid.... it's really not that hard.

Edit: Video is outdated on account of the size of Data/Items, file should be 52.5 mb, not 46.6 or w/e it was at 4.5.0.14.

Everyone who is saying to delete the items pack file that comes stock in 4.7, it's 12kb mind you. That will well, cause issues eventually with another game system.
As I have said in the Items Pak thread, and elsewhere.

Not sure why that is hard to understand but it seems to be.

I guess I should use these letters so it stands out?

DO NOT DELETE THE FILE THAT COMES WITH 4.7 IN AION\Data\usa\items
IT IS USED FOR A UNIMPLEMENTED GAME SYSTEM THAT WE MAY OR MAY NOT ADOPT
DELETING THE 12kb FILE WILL In the end cause some issues with that system.

There does it stand out enough? Is it legible? Can you read that? Or do I need to make it larger and more red?
