Solved PH 1500 Ping Issue

THANKS FOR YOUR ADVICE , I AM FROM PHILIPPINES
since i was playing aion, i only got 200 - 250 ping,, but now it is 1500 - 1800 ping ,, how can i fix this? thank you for advise,,,

 

Just to let you know, 3 MBPS has nothing to do with your Ping.

But kindof ontopic now.

What was the purpose of the thread? What is the problem? 1500 ping? Are you at a cafe? Do you use wifi?

Did you already have your problem solved?

Many people from Phil having the same issue. Maybe there is something wrong with a internet service company. You should call em

 

yeah i call the internet service provider,, then they didn't know how to fix it,,, i have computer shop , i have many customer's playing gamezaion, they can't play since thursday...

It is not server's problem Is the Internet service there.
If you have a cafe try disconnecting all the other computers and only use yours and see if the ping remains high. If it remains high then you better change your Internet provider or start calling em more. (that happens to me sometimes and I become severe.)
If you ping goes normally only for you then one computer is draining all the bandwidth and you gotta see how to solve it x.x

 

Well, your country is not known to have the best internet service and you are pretty far from the gamezaion servers. Have you tried resetting all routers and computers?

Try something for me.

Go to a computer, do a tracert to my IP.

Go to Start>Type in "CMD" in the Search bar and start the command prompt.

Type in:

tracert 69.167.179.118

and show me the results please.

 

maybe u have ncsoft updater active! it make lag like that take a look on task manger

So, I just got done doing some research.

Your using DSL there could be noise in your line (something the isp needs to fix, unless it is a filter that went bad)
Secondly. That plan is not rated for more than 5 connections at a time and is not rated for online gaming according to the ISP themselves

Now, I would suggest that you 1, stop double posting. Also, it would be recommended to do as both Kyle and Cherro suggested however,please do not post IP information publicly.

The reason why I asked you to do the tracert is because tracert will tell me where your connection is the most unstable at.

For example:

My biggest jump in ping is between the point of 9 and 10. So that means, everything after 9 is a higher ping connection. Due to 10 being a bad router or switch or too much data transfer or distance.

If you can show me what yours says, it can tell you where you are having problems at, whether the IP you are having issues with is your ISP or a data channel switch somewhere between California or Hawaii and the Philippines.
